  • Reviews and provides analysis related to compensation programs for assigned business units. This includes assisting with pay ranges, commission and incentive programs, as well as acting as a consultant to the business units who need assistance with programs mentioned above and/or evaluating these programs with input from the business units.

  • Review of compensation programs, assists with recommendations to management regarding the status, review, analysis, design, recommendation and/or implementation related to existing or potential compensation and benefits programs.

  • May administer compensation programs, including, but not limited to annual merit increase programs, sales incentive and/or commission programs, and geographic differentials for current salary ranges. This may also include alternative pay practices.

  • Participate in surveys and market analysis, preparation and completion related to total rewards as well as actively participating special projects directed by inquiring business units.


  • Prepare and analyze employee data related to compensation, total rewards (including, but not limited to company benefit programs), and employee data management topics as requested.
